I choose to believe that this horse is in a cargo hold on a space ship with a thick glass door. OK, not really glass, but, you know, see-through and space-sturdy. And this horse is looking out at Venus, which is huge in its horsey field of vision.
The light in its eyes is the light from the sun, reflected off Venus. This horse can’t believe what it’s seeing!
Soon the ship will land on Venus, where the horse will live out the rest of its long and happy life, frolicking in some unexpectedly temperate Venusian canyon, wearing a space suit or space mask so it can breathe easily. Something comfortable. Not itchy.

Why are you not showing pictures of much more handsome (and smarter) pot-bellied pigs?
